Centre for Resilience and Sustainable Development

A transdisciplinary action-research centre in applied resilience science

Centre for Resilience and Sustainable Development (CRSD) is teamed up with the Møller Institute and Cambridge Sustainable Investment Partners (CSIP) in 2021.

Sustainability is on the top list of global agenda, and it becomes even more critical after the disruption of the pandemic. With the exponential growth in technology, the world is shifting from industrial economy to modern economy where the major systems are changing, such as transport system, power system, and food system to name a few.

With the integrated and interwoven complexity of connections among our society, environment, and economy, it is imperative for the government and business leaders to apply system thinking when it comes to policy and decision making, to align with ESG goals and avoid unintended consequences, and furthermore, to make decisions that will bring sustainable growth in all areas of our lives.
